results & scripts

Your doctor will advise when they expect the result to return to the practice, for you to come in and discuss the results with a doctor. All patients requiring scripts or repeat scripts must see a doctor. lt is recommended you make an appointment to ensure your doctors availability. RESULTS WILL NOT BE GIVEN OVER THE PHONE.

recalls & reminders

Our practice use an automated system for scheduled, periodic and annual procedures or screenings to ensure quality of care. Please advise our staff if you do not wish to receive recalls or reminders.

Your medical record is a confidential document and stored in line the National Privacy Principals. Practice policy is to maintain security of personal health information at all times. This information is only available to authorised members of staff.

To receive all test results you will need to see your doctor. lt is recommended that you make an appointment to ensure your doctors availability.

This practice offers Bulk Billing to eligible patients. Most of our GP’s bulk bill.

Dr Haider Jasim is a private billing GP. His private fees are as follows:

Standard Consultation $65.00 – $70.00
Long Consultation $85.00 – $120.00
Prolonged Consultation $115.00 – $130.00
Fees are subject to change. EFTPOS available. Payment due at time of consultation.

All concession card holders that are registered with the practice under MyMedicare will be bulk billed.
